Does Clinicbook replace my existing scheduling software?
No. Clinicbook works with your existing scheduling software so that we don't disrupt the existing workflow at your office. This allows us to provide a high value solution with
minimal setup and training.
Do patients see my schedule?
No. Patients only see potential start times for the type of appointment their looking for. You tell us what's required for a specific appointment (ie. a new patient may need 45 minutes with a hygienist
and 30 with a dentist) and we'll automatically find appropriate start times from your schedule. In addition, we let you block off parts of your schedule where you don't want new patients to book regardless
of availability.
What's the setup process?
The installation process is brief. No additional hardware is required. All you need is an
internet connection. We'll drop by or work with your IT provider and have you up and running in minutes.
We do basic training on-site at the time of installation. Support and additional training are included in the package.
How secure is Clinicbook?

varies. You are able to configure that within Clinicbook.
Won't I get double bookings?
No. Clinicbook's software integrates with your existing scheduling software to automatically detect when you add appointments to your schedule. When you fill a
timeslot, we immediately remove the availability from Clinicbook.
What are the hardware or software requirements to operate Clinicbook?
You don't need to purchase any additional software or hardware; only a stable internet
connection is required. Clinicbook is compatible with most popular dental scheduling
applications. It is an add-on to your scheduling application and you will still be using
your existing dental scheduling application for appointment scheduling.
