Clinicbook works with your existing scheduling software
Our software works hand-in-hand with your existing scheduling software. This allows us to provide our valuable solution without disrupting the existing workflow at your office.
Setup is brief and the required training is minimal.
Keep control of your schedule
We give you complete control over what times are available for patients to book their first appointment. You tell us what's required for a specific appointment to be available
and Clinicbook can automatically determine if the required staff are free. For example, if a new patient appointment requires 30 minutes with a dentist and 30 minutes with a hygienist
then new patients will only see times which match those requirements.
We also allow you to block off times where you don't want patients to book regardless of availability.
New patients delivered right to your desktop
When a patient finds you on Clinicbook and books an appointment we deliver an instant notification right to your receptionist's desktop. The notification contains all the basic
appointment details such as appointment type, time, date, patient name, email address, insurance information and a verified phone number. We encourage offices to follow up with the patient within a few
days of the booking to verify any additional details that might be needed.
